Jack Phelan
Jack grew up in Burlington Massachusetts where, at the age of 11, he began landscaping the grounds of the home he grew up in, turning it into a showplace. In Los Angeles he graduated with a certificate in Landscape Architecture from UCLA and now specializes in lush, yet drought tolerant design . It doesn't have to be cactus.
